central location helpful staff spacious apartment
The location really worked for me, especially its closeness to transport and local restaurants. it made getting around easy (i particularly enjoyed exploring the nearby shops). the apartment was spacious and the staff were friendly. I appreciated their helpfulness.
i found that the room servicing policy could be more frequent.

This location offers great proximity to several supermarkets located just around the corner. Alexanderplatz is also within walking distance. The train station is very close.

The breakfast included a wide selection, a good way to start the day before exploring. There are also breakfast options available on site though i did not use the bar or restaurant (i did prepare my own meals).

I found the staff cute. They were helpful and efficient when i needed assistance. Detergent pods for both the laundry and dishwasher were provided. The staff was very friendly.

The room was large and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. Blackout drapes ensured a good night's sleep (very important for me). Comfortable beds and quality linens are provided.

Really good Hotel Experience
convenient location lovely terrace
I found the location very convenient for exploring. It was near train stations and major attractions. The room included a terrace, which I greatly appreciated. (I could relax there with a cup of tea.)

fantastic central spot
convenient location modern dryer
i found the location to be very convenient. the s-bahn station was close to the building. i appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the unit.
the balcony was unusable. every surface had pigeon excrement. this made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space.

amazing location helpful staff spacious room compact kitchen
The location is amazing, allowing easy exploration. the staff were helpful and very kind. They even helped me with directions. the room was quite spacious with big windows. i also used the compact kitchen. It had everything i needed.
the gym's hot tubs were unfortunately empty .

The hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood near many restaurants. I found some AMAZING food!!! the hotel is also close to public transportation and alexanderplatz. museum island and unter den linden are within walking distance.

My room had a comfortable bed. the kitchen includes a dishwasher. This was very convenient. the bathroom was quite big. I had no issues. they replaced the towels every three days.

I appreciated the location. It was close to transport links and eateries. The staff was very helpful. I am grateful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The spa was closed. I found that disappointing. I was not informed of this beforehand. the bathroom floor flooded during showers. This was a problem.
